“The art of living... is neither careless drifting on the one hand nor fearful clinging to the past on the other. It consists in being sensitive to each moment, in regarding it as utterly new and unique, in having the mind open and wholly receptive.”

Individual Therapy
Child Therapy
I see individuals between 13-70 years of age. I work to help folks gain the necessary awareness and acceptance of the tumultuous nature of life. My main areas of focus include adjustment issues/life transitions, mood and anxiety disorders, behavioral issues, attachment issues, family issues, identity issues, family trauma, parenting, and mindfulness.
I see children between 8-12 years of age. My main modality for working with children is play therapy. This approach is developmentally appropriate and comfortable for young clients. Play is a child's method of self-expression, and can help clients develop social awareness, cope with stressors in their life, and communicate difficult topics.
